Many Swedish companies need foreign expertise to develop. Therefore, there is a great need for temporary housing for those who need to work in Sweden for a limited period. Staying in a hotel becomes too expensive and impersonal, and applying for a lease, furnishing, and equipping an apartment would not be possible as it would take many years.
Most companies prefer to avoid investing in a property management organization, and want to focus on their core business. We make temporary housing easy accessible to Swedish companies. That is the reason we started Beautiful Apartments in 2012.
We provide high-quality business apartments
When we started Beautiful Apartments we noticed a gap in the serviced apartment industry. There needed to be more high-quality business apartments offered with exceptional service. Our premium apartments are provided with a homey feeling and seamless moving-in process, allowing our tenants to focus on their new positions from day one.
We started out on a small scale with 40 furnished apartments. Today we work closely with international relocation companies and offer a portfolio of over 1.000 beautiful apartments.

High customer satisfaction
Our customers are some of the most satisfied tenants you will ever encounter. According to 200 customer surveys for tenants completed in 2022, we had an average of 4.8 out of 5 on our customer satisfaction surveys, with a Service efficiency of 97% and a Cleaning review of 95%. This result is, among many others, an indicator that our exceptional service deserves recognition.
During the pandemic the serviced accommodation industry lost a lot of clients. Despite this, Beautiful Apartments upheld business as usual during this period and increased sales by as much as 30% in 2021. In 2022 we further increased our turnover by 30% and have signed 150 new management contracts for apartments, corresponding to an increase of 20%.
The Swedish housing issue
When recruiting to Sweden, it’s important to understand the Swedish housing issue. It takes a lot of work to find an apartment here. The supply is severely limited, apartments are expensive, and the rules for renting are strict. It takes a lot of time for companies’ HR departments to find accommodation for their newly hired talents.
