Many companies need foreign expertise to develop. Therefore, there is a great need for temporary housing for those who need to work in Sweden for a limited period. Staying in a hotel becomes too expensive and impersonal, and applying for a lease, furnishing, and equipping an apartment would not be possible as it would take many years.
Most companies prefer to avoid investing in a property management organization, and want to focus on their core business. We make temporary housing easy accessible to Swedish and foreign companies. That is the reason we started Beautiful Apartments in 2012.
We provide high-quality business apartments
When we started Beautiful Apartments we noticed a gap in the serviced apartment industry. There needed to be more high-quality business apartments offered with exceptional service. Our premium apartments are provided with a homey feeling and seamless moving-in process, allowing our tenants to focus on their new positions from day one.
We started out on a small scale with 40 furnished apartments. Today we work closely with international relocation companies and offer a portfolio of over 650 beautiful apartments.
