All our apartments are stylishly furnished with fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. The rent includes water, electricity and heating, as well as bed linens, towels, cable-TV, WIFI, and departure cleaning. Parking is not included but can be found along the streets and is usually free of charge between 5 PM and 9 AM. N.B: Times may vary depending upon the area. A communal laundry room with modern, good quality washers is also available free of charge for our guests. It is located in the same building and requires an advance booking; simply note the slot you wish to use on the schedule found outside the wash room.
Everything is included; from kitchen equipment to bed linens, towels, slippers and umbrellas. You only need to bring your personal belongings.
In each booking confirmation we send the full check–in instructions for that specific apartment, with all details on how to access your booked apartment. You may check in at any time from 3 PM on your arrival date, both weekdays and weekends.
We work exclusively with corporate bookings and we therefore need written approval from your employer that they accept responsibility for payment of the accommodation. All charges are invoiced to your employer.
Absolutely! If you have friends or family coming over, please let our Guest Service team know prior to arrival by dropping them an email or calling them with your requests. We will provide extra keys, towels and bed linens, as well as extra beds if needed. Please note that additional charges apply to certain extras, such as baby cots.
Our Guest Service team will be happy to help you, please contact them either by email or by calling our office. They will take care of it as soon as possible, if needed they will also send a caretaker to help you out. Please do not forget to check that the knob on the tap is turned on.
We have a strict no-pet policy in most of our apartments due to allergies. If you do require a pet-friendly apartment, please include this information in your inquiry and our reservations team will help find the best suitable option for you.
All practical information can be found both on our website and on the information sheet in the apartment. It includes the wifi name and password for your internet, how and what you should recycle in your building, where the laundry room is located and a list of all our contacts, including the emergency number if you need urgent assistance after our offices close for the day.
All you need is the postal address and the apartment number, which is found on the information sheet in your apartment. For questions regarding your Swedish personal identity number or re-location number, please refer to your relocation coordinator.
If you need to change your reservation, please contact our Reservation team. All extensions are generally subject to availability and if you wish to shorten your stay you may be subject to cancellation charges. Please see our cancellation policy for more information on required notice. We will always do our best to help with any amendment requests, so please get in touch as soon as possible if you need to change something.
