Please note that we work exclusively with corporate client bookings and require a company to sign the lease agreement. All charges are also invoiced to the company.

Service and flexibility are the heart of our business. Contact us and experience it yourself. If you need a long-term rental apartment, for one year or longer, our Long-Stay Team will take care of your accommodation needs.
The rent includes water and heating, while you have the opportunity to include electricity and Wi-Fi for an extra cost. Parking is not included but can be found along the streets. Time cost may vary depending upon the area. A communal laundry room with modern, good quality washers is also available free of charge for our guests. It is normally located in the same building and requires an advance booking; simply note the slot you wish to use on the schedule found outside the wash room.
If you need to change your booking, please contact our Longstay team. All extensions are generally subject to availability. Please see our cancellation policy under Terms & Conditions Longstay for more information on required notice. We will always do our best to help with any amendment requests, so please get in touch as soon as possible if you need to change something.
We work exclusively with corporate client bookings and we therefore require your employer/company to sign the lease agreement. All charges are invoiced to your employer.
Our Guest Service team will be happy to help you, please contact them either by sending your service request the QR-code in your apartment, by e-mail or calling to our office. They will take care of it as soon as possible, if needed they will also send a caretaker to help you out. Please do not forget to check that the knob on the tap is turned on.
We have a strict no-pet policy in most of our serviced apartments due to allergies. If you do require a pet-friendly apartment, please include this information in your inquiry and our Longstay team will help find the best suitable option for you.
All practical information can be found both on our website and/or by scanning the QR-code on the door in the apartment. It includes all the essential information like how and what you should recycle in your building, where the laundry room is located and a list of all our contacts, including the emergency number if you need urgent assistance after our offices close for the day.
All you need is the postal address and the apartment number, which is found in your lease agreement or booking confirmation. For questions regarding your Swedish personal identity number or re-location number, please refer to your relocation coordinator.
