NOVEMBER BEAPS COVID-19 UPDATE
Dear Friends and Tenants,
The Covid-19 outbreak is still creating a challenging time for all of us but we are still here to take care of you!
A high spread of the virus is currently taking place around the world which brings us to take further actions and safety precautions. As most of you know, Sweden has adapted society to implement social distancing to minimize the spread of the new virus and we, the Beaps Team, are adapting as much as we can to the new and continuously changing restrictions without decreasing our service level.
We continue to offer our full support in any way we can and assure that our team stays fully focused on maintaining business as usual to the greatest extent possible.
Though a part of our team is currently working from home we are available all working days between 8 AM to 5 PM. All our offices; Stockholm, Malmö and Gothenburg remain open but please contact us preferably by phone or e-mail, all for us to follow the restrictions.
And of course, we continue to wash our hands and to keep distance.
A FEW EXCEPTIONS
We are happy to offer all our regular services close to normal, continuing with a few exceptions:
With the safety of both you and our employees in mind, we would like you to refrain from seeking caretaker assistance for minor issues, in order to limit all visits to a minimum. Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at + 46 8 52800600 (office hours Mon-Fri 8 AM-5PM).
Most of our in-house cleaning services have temporarily been cancelled to avoid unnecessary contacts, protecting both you and our employees. We still offer change of linen/towels where applicable.
We hold viewings by live video calls to avoid physical contacts all in order to meet the current gathering restrictions. If meeting clients we wear face masks and gloves and will keep at least a 1,5-2 m distance.
Please make sure to contact us in advance and cancel the viewing if you feel unwell.
We arrange self check-in where applicable.
